Virtual assessments and therapy provided by PhD psychologists and masters level mental health providers. Psychiatric consultation and medication management by MD’s and Psychiatric ARNP’s.

Diagnosis and treatment of opioid use disorder, and appropriate prescriptions using medications to treat opioid use disorder (buprenorphine and naltrexone) by MD’s and ARNP’s; combined with counseling by Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professionals (SUDP) when needed.

Accessing specialty care in many tribal communities can mean waiting for months for an appointment, then driving hours to unfamiliar cities and clinics. We know there is a better way. Since 2020 we have operated a free monthly training program assisting tribes across the country to implement telemedicine programs.

Our team has a wide range of experience from public health to informatics. We have worked with tribes to build new health programs from the ground up and no matter what the issue is, we follow the same process. We start by listening to understand.  Then we work to challenge our assumptions about the problem and watch how new solutions emerge from those discussions.
